The baguettes are made of wheat dough with a portion of rye flour.
The products are half-baked and have a straight cut on the surface.
The baguettes have a rustic surface.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Put the frozen products on a baking sheet. Pre-heat the oven up to 230°C and bake them according to the following baking times.
Exact baking times depend on the oven.
Baking temperature conventional oven: 210-220°C
Baking temperature convection oven: 200°C
Baking time: approx. 20 min.
