DETAILS
Butter dough is pre-proofed, deep frozen, wrapped from a triangle shape and formed like a half moon and topped with egg glaze.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Put the frozen products on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Pre-heat oven and let products thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 15-20 minutes and bake them with much steam.
The products can also be baked frozen (without thawing) in a pre-heated oven with a longer baking time up to ca. 4 minutes.
The first method gives a more optimal baking result.
Baking times and temperatures depend on type of oven.
Baking temp. convent. oven: 190-200°C
Baking temp. convect. oven: 180°C
Baking time: ca 18 min.
