Mediterranean stone oven baguette with three diagonal cuts and sharp endings.
The surface is rustic and slightly floured.
The product is made from wheat dough, pre-baked and deep frozen.
Put frozen products on a baking sheet and let them thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 30 – 60
minutes. Then pre-heat oven up to 210°C and bake products according to the following baking
temperatures and times.
Baking times are guidelines only and depend on type of oven.
Conventional Oven: 185°C
Convention Oven: 175°C, close flap!
