Mediterranean stone oven bread with a cross cut.
The crumb is rustic and slightly floured.
The product has large pores, is half-baked and deep frozen.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Put frozen products on a baking sheet and let them thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 30
# 60 min.
Pre-heat oven up to 210°C and bake products according to the following baking temperatures and times.
Exact baking temperatures and times depend on type of oven.
Baking temperature conventional oven: 185°C
Baking temperature convection oven: 175°C
Baking time: ca. 25 min.
