Butter croissant with chocolate cream, pre-proofed, deep-frozen.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
Put frozen products on a baking sheet with baking paper and let them thaw at an ambient temperature for ca. 15-20 min. Pre-heat oven up to 180°C and bake products with much steam.
The products can also be baked frozen (without thawing) in a preheated oven with a longer baking time up to ca. 2 min.
The first method gives a more optimal baking result.
Baking times and temperatures depend on type of oven.
Baking temp. convent. oven: 200-210°C
Baking temp. convect. oven: 175-180°C
Baking time: ca. 20 min.
